Attachments

It is possible to send attachments such as pdf files (terms and conditions), brochures, and other types of documents.

Fax Queuing

Faxes can be queued and sent at a specific date or during off-peak hours (lowering phone cost rates). You can set up user profiles to allow some users to send faxes throughout the day or during off-peak hours only.

Fax Printing

It is possible to set up our fax server so that faxes can be automatically printed upon receipt. This option can be turned on/off on each fax line.

Fax Forwarding

Faxes can be viewed, printed, saved and forwarded via fax or as an email attachments to other recipients.

Fax Resending

Faxes are sent via an automated process based on receiver's availability to receive the document. In case of fax transmission failure, it is possible to set up a series of attempts in order to resend the document to those numbers that were not previously able to receive the fax.
