It is possible to set up user profiles in order to allow access to the fax management system. User visibility can be turned on and off as per company policies and processes.

Individual users or groups can be associated with a fax number within the company (x users = 1 fax number). Each number can be given a quota in order to track and easily monitor fax service expenses.
